PRIVATE MAT: One on one, 45 minute mat classes. A challenging, low impact, full body class that focuses on building the core, all over toning and strength. Open to all fitness levels and recommended for those new to pilates. Contact Mel to book.
GROUP MAT: Small group mat classes. Meet new people or bring a friend along and enjoy a class together. Limited classes available, please check Instagram and contact Mel to book.
DUO REFORMER + MAT: Workout with a friend and enjoy the best of both reformer and mat movements in a circuit style session.
MUMS + BUBS: A dedicated, small group mat session for mums and their little ones! All the same principles as a standard mat class, just with a bit more time and room for babies and kids.
